Cameco's Northern Tour
We’re all feeling the impact of tough economic times and changes at Cameco’s operations in northern Saskatchewan. We want to share more information with northerners about Cameco’s plans to remain sustainable for the long term.
For local youth, a variety of school activities are planned, including an afternoon assembly, with special guests from the Saskatchewan Roughriders and Red Cross, who will talk about suicide prevention, anti-bullying and building healthier relationships.

Cameco (TSX: CCO; NYSE: CCJ) announced today that due to continued uranium price weakness, production from the McArthur River mining and Key Lake milling operations in northern Saskatchewan will be temporarily suspended by the end of January 2018 and that the company’s annual dividend will be reduced to $0.08 per common share in 2018.
